Reception Class Plus Foundation Unit (two Schools)

Hi

 

In September we will have an early years settings with a foundation unit sharing a site with a local primary school (split site) and want to share the outdoor area.

 

The issue seems to be around responsibility, as one school( high school) has the early years setting and it is a different school(primary) who will have the reception classes.

 

OfSTED will not agree as we are not sure who ultimately would be responsible !!! any ideas would be appreciated, someone somewhere must have this working arrangement.
