Jungle Book Ideas Please!

Hi all,

 

Am new to this so hope I am posting in the right place!

 

I am a Reception/Year1 Teacher and as a school we are doing a BIG WRITING week based on the story 'The Jungle Book'. The book is quite a hard read so I have read parts (adapted it so it makes sense!) and we watched the DVD. I just wondered if anybody else had any inspiring ideas for me or resources they had found useful on the Internet.
