Good Outdoor Resources

Hi

Improving provision in Early Years is finally on our School Improvement Plan and I have been asked to investigate good quality outdoor provision. We are a one form entry school and do not have a very big outdoor area, there is no room for expansion as we look out onto the main playground and are having a new hall built right next door to us!!! We also have problems with storage and cannot leave anything that is not nailed down out over night. So I am looking for some ideas for good valuable outdoor provision ideas. Look forward to hearing all your wonderful ideas.

Hi Liz,

There have been many good discussions about outdoor provision on the forum. If you click on this link it will take you to the search engine where I typed in outdoor. Hopefully you will find some of those posts useful to you. :o

Hi!

I invested in a big chain and chunky padlock to secure my bikes, trikes, scooters, picnic table etc (all of which are covered by patio furniture covers). This has created a lot more space in my 'shed'. So far they haven't been stolen!

Good luck
