Guest
A couple of years ago our pre-school entered our local carnival and we were "Peter Pan" - made a wig wam which children printed their names on, plastic blow up boat for hook to sit in, kids and parents dressed up in what ever character they liked, oh and a wanterfall coming down from top of the float with a mermaid either side. For the top sides of the truck we created palm leaves and at the back of the truck we created a shadow of Peter Pan. Good luck with it Dot

Guest
We are taking part in our local carnival this year. The theme is the way we were. Our float is a joint effort with a local company who are fund raising for our play group for the whole year!! This is working out really well as the company helping us is arranging the lorry & setting it up on the day. The playgroup is doing all of the craft work & children & parents will be on the float. Our float will be very bright & colourfull based on music in the 40's, 50's, 60's & 70's! We are looking forward to the day.
