I'm in the middle of writing an assignment on leadership & management (top up credits for degree) and want to find some literature on the 'value of a good committee'. Have googled and come up with a blank. Does anyone have any pointers? I'd really appreciate it. I want to find a quote to support my view that a committee chair is a valuable resource. Sam Quote
