Guest Posted December 2, 2007 Share Posted December 2, 2007 Hi there, could i ask do any other foundation stage teachers ( I also have year ones) do daily plans rather than weekly plans. I currently do a phonics daily plan as I have four groups of phonics. Guest Posted December 2, 2007 Share Posted December 2, 2007 I only do a very brief daily plan where I write down what I'm doing when. I also write on what I want my TA's to do at various points and give them a copy so they know whats doing on (but don't write anything twice if it's already on a different piece of paper). I do weekly plans for phonics, literacy, numeracy, adult directed activities and a rough overview of activities set up for free choice (although children have child initiated activities).
