Can any body help me with the legalities concerning the following query.

If we have a level 3 leader, and another level three on the premesis, (but in an office at the rear of the building) can our deputy be in training as a level 3, i.e she has one term under her belt of a 4 term course, is that allowable with Ofsted? Do they count "in training" as being adequate does anyone know?

Yes they do............................I didn't even have my level 3 when i opened my group, but they knew I was doing it, and because I was very experienced, that was ok.

They also allowed it at my old group....................and the woman who took over from me had no qualifications, little experience, had never been on a course........ :oxD
