Wanted - Song Or Activity To Learn Birthday Months

Does anyone use a song or game to help children learn the month of their birth (does that make any sense?)

 

On the first day back, we will make a birthday board and I want the children to help put their photo and date on the correct month, as we sing a song!?

 

Can anyone help?
