Sue R
Hi all! So, it's St George's Day - what are you all doing/ have you done? My lot are dressing up in red and white last I heard, making flags and red roses. Wish I was there, but never mind In case you're interested, it's also Shakespeare's birthday 440 !! Guest
Hi sue We made flags and dressed up as knights (thanks to Ikea for the outfits!) complete with shields! The children named me the dragon and went about taking turns to get me! oh joy!! They are going to use thier flags to wave when England play football in June! as this is where most of the children had seen the English flag We had a great day today though, and the weather was fantastic, spent most time outside. Beau
I know we have to introduce the children to a range of cultural celebrations but.....................I would be lynched if I got my Scottish children to make England flags!!
