Setting up CoETL 2021

To be able to use the CoETL 2021 document on your account, you will firstly need to enable it . You can do this by clicking on your name at the top right corner of the page (1) and then selecting 'Control Panel' (2).   

 

 

From the left-hand side menu you will need to choose 'Settings' (1) and from that drop-down menu you will then need to select 'Flags' (2). In the 'EYFS - 2021' section, you can choose to either enable all the sections in one go (3) or individually by selecting configure next to the relevant names; as you can see below, you can do this for just CoETL 2021 (4). 

 

 

If you choose to 'Enable All' then you will be given the option to enable it for staff only or staff and relatives. 

 

 

If you choose to enable each one separately by selecting 'Configure', you will be given the option to enable the flag for Observations (1). Once that has been done, you will then have the option to enable it for relatives too (2). You can also choose whether you want to use the flag for use in Reflections (3). These can be enabled for relatives too (4). Make sure you save your changes (5). 

 

 

This will take you back to the flags screen where you will then be able to see which options have been turned on, e.g. for CoETL 2021 (1).

 

 

Now that you have CoETL 2021 enabled on your account, when you go to add an observation, you will see it in the flags section (1).
