Statements in reports about inadequate settings 2

Having been through a large number of inspection reports where an 'Inadequate' judgement was given I have identified some key areas where providers are letting themselves down. A quick check through to make sure your setting is not failing in these areas would be a very useful self-evaluation exercise.
