Is there a book, web page or anything that can help with developing strategies for aiding child behaviour? Apart from experience, how can I get younger staff to work these out?

You have to know where you are going, or you end up going nowhere

Hi Elle,
Your local EYDCP probably runs courses on this, I know ours does, because I have run them! There are quite a few books available, The Pre-school Learning Alliance publishes a good one, and Nursery World do one, although I haven't seen that one.
Would you like me to send you a couple of Policy examples I have, along with a useful Staff document a colleague from my old setting wrote some years ago?
