Can anyone help?

I have a super lady with me in my unit who is an experienced T.A, but is less sure of herself in the F.U To help and assure her in this slightly different role I wonder if anyone has any written guidelines, suggestions e.tc that I can pin up on the wall. If I had the time I could write a load of stuff out but I'm struggling with getting everything done as it is.
Thanks

I think its more a case of her thinking she doesn't know rather than me thinking she is struggling. She is more used to being directed and has been a T.A in a more formal Reception class. My head thinks I am making her more nervous talking to her so I thought that this was a way of her working it out if you see what I mean.
