Firstly, happy new year everyone! We hope you’ve all had a great start to 2024 and wish you all a calm, happy and fulfilling year ahead.
Now, on to business.
Update to the Management System
We are happy to announce another big update to our management system.
For the full details on all the changes, please check this post.
The main changes include:
- The introduction of ‘Account Balances’ for each child and the ability to allocate part and full payments
- Children now have a new ‘Finance’ tab making it easier for you to see a child’s invoices and transactions
- You can now add a name and billing address to invoices
- Changes to invoice statuses, including a new ‘Part Paid’ one
- You can now set funding to any number of minutes instead of only intervals of 15 minutes
- You can export a CSV file of invoice data from the export screen
- A new Extra Charges screen in the Rooms section which makes it easier to see what Extra Charges have been used on each day

New Articles and Guides to Support Your CPD
We have a new article and a new ‘Beginner’s Guide’ this month.

Tapestry Price Increase
On March 1st our prices will be increasing slightly. Please see the information below on the exact new figures. If your renewal invoice is due to be generated after March 1st, it will use this new pricing structure. If your renewal invoice is due to be generated before March 1st, it will use the current pricing structure. These prices are per year.
- 6 child account: £60 Excluding VAT - £72 Including VAT
- 12 child account: £75 Excluding VAT - £90 Including VAT
- 20 child account: £110 Excluding VAT - £132 Including VAT
- 40 child account: £135 Excluding VAT - £162 Including VAT
- 60 child account: £175 Excluding VAT - £210 Including VAT
- 90 child account: £240 Excluding VAT - £288 Including VAT
- 120 child account: £305 Excluding VAT - £366 Including VAT

Updates from Early Education
Early Education have an upcoming course for the Spring and Summer, led by early childhood specialist Kerry Murphy. This course will focus on Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Neurodiversity. You can find out more here.
