Nursery Management System – ‘Tapestry Invoices’ coming soon!
Many of you have told us how much you need a Nursery Management solution to sit alongside our award-winning observation and parental engagement tools.
So, we’re very excited to announce the upcoming release of ‘Tapestry Invoices’, which we are aiming to make available to you in June.
Invoices will be added to Booking and Registers, which are already available as part of our new Nursery Management System. This will mean Tapestry will have everything in one place, making things easier for you. And because we know money is tight, this additional functionality is available to you at no extra charge.
The first version of Tapestry Invoices will offer lots of functionality, and we plan to keep adding to it over the rest of the year.

The Benefits of Tapestry for Key Stage 1 & 2
As well as being a great tool for EYFS, Tapestry can transform children’s learning journeys in Key Stage 1 and 2, and nurture strong parental engagement.
In particular, Child Login is described as a “game-changer”. Bringing the child to the heart of learning, Child Login motivates and excites children, and supports them in articulating their learning language.

Adding your KS1 & 2 pupils is quick and easy:
- Email us with the number of extra children you wish to add
- We’ll get back to you with a quote (approx. price £2.50/child)
- Once you’re upgraded, simply import your KS children via a CSV and you’re good to go!

It has been created by Specialist Paediatric Occupational Therapist, Carly Budd, to support parents, childminders, nurseries and schools in having necessary conversations about Developmental Play. Monitoring Anima Phonics on Tapestry
Do you use Anima Phonics at your setting? Good news … you can now upload their Phonics Framework as a Bespoke Framework to your Tapestry account.
To start monitoring Anima Phonics on Tapestry, simply contact them and ask them for their Phonics Framework as a CSV.
Once you’ve got a copy, upload it by following these steps and you’re good to go!
EYFSP on Tapestry
After conversations with different Local Authorities, we will no longer be providing a CTF version of the EYFSP export, only a CSV. However, if you require a CTF version, please feel free to contact us on customer.service@eyfs.info
