Course Summary

Delegates will have the opportunity to further refine their understanding of the assessment frameworks for writing.  Staff will receive the key messages from national and local perspective. STA training materials will form the foundations of this training but adapted to suit the local needs.

• Exemplification materials for writing.
• TA framework document.

• Pupils’ workbooks for writing from across the ability ranges (pre-key stage standards, WTS, EXS, GD) Delegates may wish to bring along the workbooks of pupils on the cusp of an attainment band.
