    We are looking for a casual EYFS Group Leader to work at our Foxy’s Holiday Scheme at Edgbarrow and Sandhurst Sports Centres during the school holidays. The Foxy EYFS Group Leader will coordinate the delivery of quality group play sessions, working with the children who are in the EYFS group.

    You will carry out the duties as laid out in the EYFS statutory guidance under the supervision of the scheme's coordinator, including recording observations of individual developmental progress.  With a minimum Childcare/ Play work Level 2, preferably Level 3, or equivalent qualification and a minimum of Level 1 Safeguarding training you will supervise and care for the children, liaising with the Activities Coordinator as required

    You'll also need to be able to assist with the erection and dismantling of equipment as required.  The post of EYFS Group Leader is a front line role with significant impact on customer satisfaction, and you will therefore need strong communication and organisational skills.

    You will need to be flexible in your availability as this post is being offered on a casual basis and therefore the hours will vary according to the needs of the business.
