This is a brand new PDF guide to introduce parents to using Tapestry on Apple iOS devices. It includes a space to write a parents initial password if you choose to distribute them like that. Also included is a A5 booklet version. If printing the booklet double sided make sure to 'flip along the short edge' so it comes out correctly.

Folks, when you do upload seasonal pictures for this (please do, so that we have a nice festive site!), please make sure that you select the correct category so that we know you intend for the images to appear on the website. Please scroll down the window that pops up and select the category '-- Christmas' NOT '--Displays Christmas/winter' (an old category). If you've uploaded photos elsewhere for this, then please let me know, and I'll try to move them.

Right folks, the time to dust off your sleigh bells and dig out the tangled rope lights is approaching! We would like you to upload some Christmas themed photos that can be displayed on the front page carousel (the image sliding thingy at the top of the home page). If you feel that you have appropriate shots of your setting, then please follow these instructions from now and all through December to upload them (*Note: images have to be approved by us before they appear, so there will be a delay between upload and display): Click on 'gallery' in the 'Apps' section of green navigation menu at the top of the page. Click on the 'Upload' button on the top right hand side of the page Click on the 'Select Category' button. A window will pop up, scroll down and click on the 'Select Category' button next to '--Christmas'. A 'Choose Files' button will appear, click on this and select your image file(s) from your computer. You will see the files being uploaded. Click 'Review & Publish' *Important - Enter a title for each image (default is the file name). This will appear in the green bar under the image. Click 'Finish & Publish' That's it!

Hi sunnyday, erm.....no you're not being thick, there isn't currently a button! The code for such a button only works for one browser, which is unfair to all the other browsers! The limited effectiveness means it is probably better to give some guidance how to set the homepage in your browser, its pretty simple and usually a similar process in all browsers: The following instructions should work in most current browsers. Go to the page that you want to select as your homepage. Open the main internet tools menu in your browser - this may be called Tools, Edit, Firefox, Opera or Safari (depending on your browser and operating system). Select the tab marked 'General', 'Preferences', 'Options' or 'Internet Options' (depending on your browser). You may see a button marked 'Use current page' or 'Use current'. If so, click this button then click OK. The page you were visiting should be saved as your homepage and you won't need to do anything else. If not, look for a box entitled 'Homepage', 'Homepage location' or similar, which will contain the URL (web address) of your current homepage. Type http://eyfs.info, or the address of the page that you want, into this box and click OK. Your new homepage will be set.

Hi suewhit, I think this is probably a cookie setting related to your web browser. When you click on the button to say that you understand we use cookies, it needs to store a setting to say that you have read and understood the message....as it happens a cookie is where that information is saved! If your browser is refusing to save a cookie, then everytime you visit the site it won't know that you have read the message and will prompt you again. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/windows-vista/block-or-allow-cookies This link provides generic instructions about how to change cookie settings in the various versions of internet explorer. You can either gradually adjust the slider until the cookies are saved or implicitly save eyfs.info as a site and allow cookies from it. Hope this helps.
