Term Time Only!  Hours between 8.45am - 3.30pm

Our Pre-School is looking to employ a bank practitioner/s, to join our friendly, supportive team here in our established pre-school. This role would be to cover available shifts on an ad hoc basis, either as extra support in the session, or to cover when staff are doing paperwork, or are on training / absent.  We have a beautiful purpose built building, with a lovely, large, secure outdoor area.  We are not a pack-away setting!

We also have a vacancy for a 1:1 support worker for a three year old child, who has special educational needs, who will be joining us in January 2022.  The child will join our afternoon sessions which run every day from 12.15pm - 3.15pm.  We are likely to offer this role as a job-share, which will mean you may not need to commit to working every day. You may like to consider this role, alongside other bank work which is very often available. You will need to have experience of working with children of this age range and ideally some experience of working with SEN children.

We welcome applications from applicants with at least one year's experience working with children aged 2 - 5 years, or those with a Level 2 or higher qualification.  We offer a supportive environment and are happy to support the successful candidate gain a higher level of qualification if desired.

There is potential for the role /s to become a permanent role in the future.

The position is subject to an enhanced DBS check.

Please forward your CV to admin@stmartinspreschool.com, with a covering email, or alternatively give us a call on 01372 721 111.

We look forward to hearing from you 🙂
