We are hiring for our busy forest school setting near Brighton! At Wild Monkeys Childcare, we use Planning in the Moment and are a forest school, and we are also dedicated to sustainability and being an eco-friendly setting. We have a fantastic team, who are fun, friendly, and supportive, and we have dedicated admin staff to enable practitioners to focus fully on their roles. Please see below for the roles - full details and how to apply via our online application form can be found on our website: http://www.wildmonkeys.co.uk/job-vacancies.html

Full-Time Deputy Manager

You'll have a Level 3 or above in childcare, and experience working with children. No management experience is necessary - this would be a great role for someone looking to take the next step in their career and has the potential for future advancement! You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the setting, working alongside our Manager and our Senior Deputy Manager, and you'll provide sensitive and supportive guidance and direction to staff as required.

Apprentice Nursery Practitioner

We're keen to help people get started in childcare, and this role will allow the chosen candidate to gain a Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare. You'll be supported by our qualified, experienced staff and management team to develop as a practitioner and complete your qualification.

Unqualified Nursery Practitioner

This is a full-time role, 30-40 hours/week. You'll support the children's social, emotional, and physical development, and use Planning in the Moment to sensitively support their learning. We welcome applications from applicants with or without childcare qualifications, and are happy to support the successful candidate in gaining a qualification if desired.

Bank Staff Nursery Practitioner

This role will be to cover open shifts on an ad hoc basis, undertaking similar tasks to other practitioners. We welcome applications from applicants with or without childcare qualifications, and are happy to support the successful candidate in gaining a qualification if desired. There is potential for the role to become a permanent role in the future.
