"I am using it and love it. I have only completed one assessment period so far so no progression can be noted but it's a quick and easy tool to help identify learning targets and explain why I have picked certain targets.
I had my inspection today and did VERY well (can't say any more!), and was asked about specific learning targets for specific children. I was able to confidently explain them and although I didn't menton the Prams system in my inspection I had mentioned it in my SEF.
I use my knowledge of each child in conjunction with formal observations to place a child in a band.

Not only that when we had Ofsted in 2 weeks ago the inspector loved it as well.
We have to send off monitoring reports to the LA so I am hoping we can use to break down how different groups are achieving to send off to them as well.
