GINA_SCHOLES Posted September 22, 2017 Share Posted September 22, 2017 Hello, we are new to Tapestry and are just in the process of setting it up and devissing a policy. Can anyone help in regards to photographs. Basically i want to know if there is any way that photos can only be uploaded to the tapestry software and nothing else. or how can we prevent staff sending them out via other sites. You will find lots of useful resources in the Tapestry resource library, you will find the 'Tapestry Protocol' document particularly helpful. Make sure you have only senior staff able to access Tapestry using an email - they will be able to access Tapestry at home. Staff with PIN only access will only be able to access Tapestry at your setting, after a manager has logged into the account with their email. Make sure you read the tutorials about setting up Tapestry as they will talk you through everything in a step by step way and you can be sure that you have the settings correct and so robustly safeguarding your children :1b Tutorials are here!
