Child returned to setting after deleted!

Hi everyone!

I just admitted a child back into the setting after she left us in July to pre-school attached to a primary school. Her parent had a change of mind and brought her back. Now my dilemma is of course, if there is any way I can get her profile back? It has been deleted couple of weeks ago and I can' see the option of how to restore. :(

Many thanks!

Hello nightingale1,

Children who have been deleted are available for 'rescue'(!) for 90 days. If the child is within this time you can find them in your 'manage children' section of your control panel. If they are there you can edit their status from 'awaiting deletion' and make them active again. If you try this and still cannot find them send us an email and we will try to help you. Unfortunately, if the deletion period has expired the child's journal will have been deleted and you will have to start again. Don't start a new journal though until you have talked to us if you can't find the journal yourself!

Hope this helps :1b
