Last day tomorrow and just made a Pre-school assistants survival kit to give to each of my brilliant staff team alongside the very needed bottle of wine! Will post it for you tomorrow. Am currently madly adding forest school photos from three cameras to Tapestry, before then beginning the downloading to 14 USB sticks! Think it may be a long night.

STARBURSTS for a burst of energy after a long day,

GUM to remind you we all stick together,

A SPONGE to help you soak in new training,

MARBLES to replace the ones you have lost!

PAPERCLIPS to hold everything together,

ANIMAL BISCUITS for when the room feels like a zoo,

TISSUES to dry the tears...yours and theirs,

PLASTERS for when things get a little rough,

RUBBER BANDS to remind you to be flexible,

ERASERS because we all make mistakes,

A SHINY penny to remind you that all children shine in their own way,

Thank you for all the support that you give each child and for HIGHLIGTHING the positives. Always remember to celebrate each accomplishMINT, no matter how small.

Done and dusted! Spent a lot of the morning foot painting and then had my feet painted by many willing little ones!! Lovely presents. Now collapsing in a heap with a stinking cold and temperature!! Off on a mindfulness course tomorrow, so hope to be feeling better then. I do not know how my body times always being ill with the holidays!

That's good to hear Sunnyday, I am not quite sure what to expect but am looking forward to seeing if it can help the old anxiety and panic attacks.

Lots of guided meditations online - I especially enjoy those from the Chopra Centre.......
