I am new and am currently awaiting for payment to be processed to be upgraded to the full version . I am trying to add an observation - I want to upload a word document - can this only be done when I have full access? It allows me to uplaod a photo but not a word/pdf -can anyone help please

At the moment, the only place you can upload a word document is in reports, but we're hoping to allow this for the obs screen in the future.

If you have a clever scanner you can scan your word documents in and save them as JPEG files, these can then be uploaded like photographs  :1b

If you are able to, you can 'copy' from word document and 'paste' into notes section of the observation on Tapestry. We often use the 'note page' on the iPad to record quick notes and then 'copy and paste' them onto the Tapestry observation to finish later.

can i ask is this how people are adding reports to journals at the moment ...or have i missed some information???
