We are delighted to announce that our new, unique Key Stage 1 and 2 assessment and monitoring system is now live on Tapestry!

The system will allow users to easily record and track children’s progress from years 1-6, creating a seamless learning journal and progress monitoring service from EYFS to the end of KS2 at no additional cost (other than the increase in child numbers). Quickly assess individual children, groups within classes or whole classes, using our tier arrangement, customisable to fit your existing school set up. Assessments can be added via observations or directly into the formative assessment screen.
There is more information and some screenshots for you to see on our website here.

This new assessment method isn't available on the app version of Tapestry yet but it will be added before the new academic year. We are also working on adding an analysis section for it, and you can read about our plans for this here. Those of you who are long term Tapestry customers will know that we like to introduce new features and then rapidly add to them in line with suggestions and feedback from weavers!

Our easy-to-follow tutorials, found here, explain what you will need to do to set up your account and then how to use these new assessment features.

We will also be running webinars on how to set up and use this on your account; to find out when we are running these please check the webinars section of the FSF website here.

If you have any questions about this new assessment system, or are interested in extending your package to include keystages 1 and 2, please do contact us at customer.service@eyfs.info. We will be happy to help!
