Number of observations

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Is there a way we can view, at a glance, the number of observations assigned to each child on a half termly basis. i.e. a table with a list of children down the vertical axis and the half term periods across the top with the number of obs assigned to each child being the detail?

Also, in the journal pdf is there a way to print without it showing 'no refinement' against the age and stage if no refinement has been selected?

Hi Caroline,

You are able to see the number of observations a child has for a particular term and you are also able to see the number of assessments a child has for the different aspects for a particular term.

To view this, you would need to go to the analysis tab, select the EYFS framework and click on the thoroughness overview. You can then scroll to the bottom of the page to select the child thoroughness picker screen which will show you the above information.

With regards your second query - If no refinement has been chosen, then this is still displayed to indicate that no refinement has been chosen. There is no way of removing this from the PDF.

Best wishes, Rebecca H
