We currently have a sheet we have to write on weekly which is Childs interests, then it says new skills, then planning for next week. I do not find it that effective as it goes on for weeks and weeks, not really a focus or end goal to it. Spoke to Management they suggested focus around Schemas or In the moment planning if any one could help or share ideas I will be very grateful!
