Hi hannah_a,

We don't currently have plans to add that into Tapestry, although if anyone else sees this post and thinks it would be useful please do let us know!

We do however, have an additional text box than can be activated for observations which might be a good place for you to put notes about specific targets and the support you are providing to the child. You can turn that on from your control panel by going to settings > observations. Once you have done that, you can decide whether parents are able to see that box or not from the settings > relatives page.

It might also interest you to know that we are planning to add various SEN frameworks such as the NCB Journals and Routes for Learning.

Hi Lauren,

I am referring to the SEND term 'Short Note' which is a short note of concern about a child. So when pulling off reports currently, we can select SEN Support Plan or EHCP. There is a stage before SEN Support Plan for children, it is entitled 'Short Note'. It would be fantastic if I could quickly see children who are on a 'Short Note'.

Thanks,

Hannah
