Level 3 Key Person required - West Oxon

RAF Brize Norton Pre-School are looking for an experienced, confident and capable Key Worker to join our team.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the EYFS and have the knowledge, passion and commitment to work with children during this important stage of their development.

The existing team of staff work closely to ensure that the pre-school ethos of ‘Safe, Caring and Happy’ is evident at all times. Together, with our children and their families, we aim to provide a vibrant, creative and nurturing atmosphere that enables children to develop confidence and independence in preparation for school.

Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in childcare and hold GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above.
