I have lit the touchpaper and will now step back as I don't think this is an argument that I stand a chance of winning. Yes I have to admit it is a good few years ago - but someone had done a companies check, and it was found he still owned the site. Whether or not the ownership is actually true or not I cannot say, but I'd rather be on the safe side.
