I've just taken up the role of Early Years Leader and we have a couple of 1:1 support assistants who have never been in Early Years before. I have said I would do some training on Early Years for them but not to reinvent the wheel I wondered, before I started preparing something, whether anyone has anything they've used/found before that would be helpful?
