When the staff attend courses they bring back the learning material and gives us a bit of feedback, all courses attended are recorded in the staffs PDP. I was looking for something a bit more, where staff can write a few lines on points they have learnt, if they will be doing anything different, what they want to learn next, recommendations for other staff.
