Ok it's new and I haven't had a good play yet but it looks smart. I have been looking round for a management software program as it's mayhem with all this at present, I found a few companies for between £300-£1000 then I came across this new company who's just coming onto the scene! price ranges vary and are extremely competitive for small business or like most of us have no money lol but if you are a registered charity the whole system is free!! you can even sign up to the premium package for free. I carnt give you feedback on it as I say I hav'nt really used it yet and some features I want are under development. I'am currently playing on the site and have come across a few error messages myself so it could be a bug. It looks nice ive added my weekly sessions, basic rota and staff. The one function i really want is the invoicing part but its not ready yet! if that does what i need then ill be happy to just have that for free ha ha ha. No kidding now- it does look nice it has a calendar on that you can choose to let parents see events and/or staff. Yes somehow parents can register to log in see their invoices and pre school events calendar and notice board pins (ok not many will we know that lol) By looks of it through app staff can log attendance as they walk in to the setting and out then draw down time sheets, Developer is keen to hear about problems and suggestions as its in its infancy stages so looks promising 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

lynned55 Posted May 30, 2015 Share Posted May 30, 2015 I have registered as well, I went through most of the options and settings on there but maybe it was me being stupid but I couldn't find where to add a lot of stuff and as the OP has said lots of glitches etc I think it's still not really up and running. I have had a company trying hard sell all week for £800 one off and £40 pm after that yes it sings and it dances but we carnt afford that and as I'm a bit of a techy I don't need all the software anyway.
