CCTV in nursery

Hi,

 

I am thinking of installing CCTV throughout the building in my nursery, for both security reasons and to help overcome any issues relating to staff, parents complaining etc.

 

Just wondering if anyone can share their CCTV policy with me?

 

Do I need to ask parents views prior to installing the CCTV or can I just inform them that we are installing CCTV?

 

The images will only be used for the nursery's purpose and parents will not have access to them remotely.
