Andreamay Posted October 2, 2014 Share Posted October 2, 2014 (edited) We still have an appraisal annually and then that is followed up by 6 weekly supervisions. there was a discussion on here last week about it and someone posted some brilliant peer observations. Also someone said appraisals were required by employment law! Wookie Posted March 23, 2015 Share Posted March 23, 2015 Just wanted to say THANK YOU! to everyone on hear for sharing - I took over as manager about a year ago and Annual Appraisals are now due but our format was soooo out of date!
