Copy of policies and procedures to be signed to say thay have read them.
Planning, observation forms. book club forms.
A copy of the EYFS.
Explaining our Learning journal ethos.
Fire drill procedures.
Routines and rotas.
A getting to know the setting plan.
Roles and responsibilities.[ and who is responsible].
Giving out of tabards.
Name badges.
Take a photograph of new staff member for the hall of fame.
These are not here in any particular order, but given with a cheery smile and a welcome on board. :o
Not sure if thats all of them but will check. :lol:

Info on daily health and safety checks/ risk assessments



There are three ways to get things done: Do it yourself, Pay for someone to do it for you,

Forbid your children to do it!

The way I approached it was to start from the moment I entered the building and try to think through all the things I would need to know/do. Some of that might not need to be in an induction but it helped me to get everything in.
