Could anyone give me an idea of what you write for a critical incident or examples/templates?
Do you have to remove names or is it more personal feelings etc?

would that be like a Crisis Management policy, which is what we call ours. For the purpose of uploading I've removed all names but in our document it uses names and telephone numbers listing the CMT and then initials throughout the document. We also have been issued with credit card size laminated cards with phone numbers etc. It has proved useful on occasions!

this is a school one but I'm sure it could be adapted. Ours is updated yearly/or with changes to personnel.

If its the same thing as we do at college then it is personal thoughts, feelings etc, but we do have to maintain confidentiality so no names, places etc.
