Hi all,this is my first posting on this fab site.Up to know have only been brave enough to browse through your wonderful posts.I am a newly appointed team leader/manager of a nursery and doing my FD degree course too!!
I need some advice on which learning areas to choose to research,I use the BTTM framework.I have to choose two from my setting -any ideas???

Welcome to the forum squiggle! I work with children from 3-5 years in a Foundation Unit so sorry not an expert on BTTM. However, there have been lots of previous discussions on forum so if you perform a search within the forum main page you should get some info hopefully...good luck!

Thanks very much,have looked at some previous posts and feel a bit happier about deciding which areas to study.Its so nice to have so many experienced people on here willing to help.I think this may be my salvation throughout my course!!

I see you are a night bird, is this when you study or relax and browse the forum??

There are quite a few members doing the FD, so any queries just ask away and I am sure they will help and of course learn from you too.
