As part of our CPD, our Uni has got funding to support EYPs to do the first unit of this course in September. Whislt my managerial skills definitely need a boost, I am wondering if I want to take advantage of this offer?

There's loads of different units to choose from, and the number of units you complete successfully will dictate what level of award you can achieve.

Has anyone done this course, and could they recommend it? smile.gif

Hi Maz
I'm starting a Management level 4 in October. I just felt I wanted to do the Business side of things instead of always Early years.
Mine is with the institute of Managers. Good luck if you do decide

Hi

I have just completed Leadership and Management in Playwork through Edgehill University. It took approx 6 months and I have passed it. It will give me 30 points which hopefully I can transfer over to another degree.

That's really sad, thumperrabbit. Have they explained why?

The reason given was, 'lack of funding to be able to carry on with some courses' this being one of them.
