Has anyone a written description of what this should look like in an ideal world in a day nursery

well although we are not a day nursery, i truly believe that free flow can work any where
only you can write your description as you know your setting

we offer free flow from 9.40 (we open at 9.15) and we free flow until tidy up time at 11.30 where we all meet to end the sesssion with either a story or singing session

through free flow time key people key work, we have snack, the children able to come and go as they please
we have to be observant in watching ratio's but its ok and i feel that it is really important for children to make that choice
