Cam anyone recommend a good basic largish one for Year 1 and2 area

In our setting we use the same size tray as they do in reception and in the junior classes.

Don`t know your budget but I was blown away by the water trays from community playthings, expensive but well worth it. If you put "Community Playthings" into google it will come up with their website. There are product demonstration vidoes on there, here`s the water one
