I am quite pleased with the rate
seems fair £3.80 plus we get an extra 10p per hour per child as we are a sessional setting

providing it is agreed when they have their budget meeting in FEB !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good to hear that you're happy with the amount - am interested to see what you say about getting an extra 10p per hour per child because you're a sessional group. Isn't it interesting how different Local Authorities set their own criteria.

The extra 10p for sessional was because in the survey of all settings in Kent found that sessional settings overheads were higher, packing away, heating and cleaning for a session

I hope they do agree it.

Dont get me wrong i would have liked more, i would like enough to make me super numeracy on a morning but the amount is enough to have a pay rise, cover our hall costs and fund equipment
