Hi new to this forum,some great ideas on here.I am currently in the 2-4year room ,but we are opening a babyroom on the 1st of feb,and i have been asked to be roomleader.Looking forward to the challenge ,but has been a while since i did my baby unit in nvq,need some ideas for rountines and planning for 6months to 12months(rountines will work round babies)so not too worried about this but what records do i need to keep and record as we our starting from stratch need to pu everything in place.Any suggestions please!
