Hi
I've recently been on some training about transition from reception to year 1 and we looked at end of year EYFSP scores. We discussed the 'average child' scoring 78 but that if some key scale points are missing accross the profile some children may find it difficult working in the national curriculum. Thought I'd make a fancy table to highilight the missing key scale points to pass on to the year 1 staff but I can't find which of the scale points are classed as 'key' ones. Have been searching for hours but no luck. Do any of you clever people know where I can find this info?

Thanks

I think the ones you refer to may be called 'super scale points'.
There was one very short conversation here that may be of some use, or other members may know more.

These two links discuss 'super' or 'key' scale points. The first is a research article. At the bottom of page 4/top of page 5 you can find a summary of the super scale points.

This article has some useful information as well.
