One of my staff went on the PEAL training in Wolverhampton which I think you were going on. What did you think?

Hmmm, I did go on that training - very disappointing to be honest, mainly due to the very poor attitude of the trainer, who continually dismissed the comments and contributions of the course participants. The course material was quite good but I didn't feel that I learnt anything really.
