I have had a look around the site and done numerous searches.
Does anyone know where to find an example of a self development plan in a simple format? I have pdp's from college but I think they are a bit too detailed for staff at work. The staff have been asked to write a personal development plan to help inform training. Does anyone have nay ideas please.
