Hi Saki

I attended some training in January. it was a good day and made me really evaluate my practice and begin much needed improvements at my setting. I didn't hear anything I didn't already know but the evaluation made me realise I did need to start putting more effort into parent relations.

Apart from that the trainers were very good and the food was fantastic!!

I have done it too. I didn't really 'learn' anything new, but did reflect on my practice, and think about new things that I would like to implement or develop.

The most useful part for me was the networking side of things. Through discussions with other people from other settings, I learnt a lot.

The resource pack is excellent (and the lunch was gorgeous too wink.gif )
