Hi and welcome to the forum! smile.gif Off the top of my head, have a look at the Surestart site and follow any links to articles about Children's Centres - there is plenty of good practice there concerning multi-agency work. There's also the Common Asssessment Framework (CAF) which has multi-agency work at its heart - try Googling that, or maybe there's some CAF training local to you or someone you can ring to find out more?

I'm sure other people will be along soon to give you some other good ideas! smile.gif
