The children must have thought we'd all gone dotty this morning when the certificate arrived telling us we have achieved the Bristol Standard. Very excited.

well done. I know how much hard work goes into this (just doing 2nd Interim year), but find it well worth the effort

Congratulations. and yes, if only the children knew, would they be any different? hope not. :o
They are the ones who make our professional development possible because they are the ones who motivate us to do our best. So, even if they don't understand it they are as much part of the celebration as staff and parents.
